Company KROUPA SPEDITION Ltd. has been on the market since 1998. Before eshablishing the legal form of Ltd. company, it operated on the Czech market from 1995 as a self-employed subject Rudolf Kroupa - motorized road transport.

All along our existence on the market we do not compete with large transport and logistic firms with standardized services. We focus on providing the services to our clients in requested time and range in accordance with their individual needs.

  • 1995-1998 marketing registration and start of self-employed Rudolf Kroupa subject – motorized road transport
  • 1998 – creation and transformation of the Ltd. company
  • 1999 – opening of 3 500 m2 storage area / warehouse , registration and handling /
  • 2000 - introduction of a new logistic service / KANBAN and JIT /
  • 2001 - conclusion of the contract with Mercedes Benz van vehicle supplier and extention of express transport
  • 2002 - extention of storage area to 8.000 m2 and unification for logistics and transport
  • 2003 - optimization of provided service and introduction of spare parts packing service
  • 2004 - branch office opening in Mnichovo Hradiště and enlarging of storage area to 12 000 m2
  • 2005 - extantion of portfolio for administration and washing of container holding in a number of 650.000 pc/month
  • 2006 - preparation of ISO 9001 certification
  • 2006 - start of the assembly speaker BOSSE project to ŠKODA AUTO dashboards followed by expedition to China and South Africa
  • 2007 - ISO9001:2001 certification
  • 2008 - preparation of ISO TS 16 949 certification
  • 2008 - investment in the project documention , site selection for the logistic centre – 10 000m2
  • 2009 - optimization of provided service
  • 2009 - nomination to the candidate of a top Czech quality certificate
  • 2010 - re-certification ISO 9001-2008 and obtaining the top Czech quality certificate
  • 2010 - extantion of the offer for rental of commertial spaces suitable for offices, studios or ateliers
  • 2011 - completion of new commertial spaces
  • 2011 - preparation, choice of conveyor washer , introduction of washing conveyors service
